To appear in the INI CET 2025 exam, candidates have to ensure some eligibility criteria, such as that it is mandatory for the candidate to have an MBBS or BDS degree. Candidates must be registered with a recognized Medical Council of India or Dental Council of India. If the candidate is from the general category, then the minimum marks have been fixed at 55%. At the same time, this mark limit has been kept at 50% for candidates coming from SC/ST.

For admission to a postgraduate course, it is mandatory for the candidates to complete 12 months of rotatory internship. However, candidates who complete the internship tenure by 31 January 2026 can also appear in this exam. Apart from Indian citizens, OIC or foreign nationals can also appear in this exam.

• A fee of ₹ 4000 has been fixed for the General and OBC categories.
• The fee for the SC/ST category has been kept at 3200.

INI CET 2025 Exam Pattern

The INI CET exam is conducted as a computer-based test in which multiple-choice questions are asked of the candidates. In the exam, 200 questions are asked of the candidates, which are of a total of 200 marks. The duration of the exam is 3 hours, in which 1 mark is deducted for each correct answer and ⅓ marks for the wrong answer. The language of the exam is English only. In this exam, candidates are asked to complete questions related to the MBBS BDS course, which includes preclinical, paraclinical, and clinical subjects.
