· The date of drawing fixtures should be at least one month (30 days) before the commencement of the competition(s).

While drawing fixture, at least representatives of the first four universities of the previous year must be Invited through speedy communication with a view to maintain transparency
An established sequence of steps for drawing the fixtures shall be followed at Zonal and Inter Zonal competitions. For reference, Appendix-E of the Handbook of Rules and Regulations may be noted/consulted .
